Secret of Nimh Movie – We will be watching the Secret of Nimh movie tomorrow afternoon. If your child would like to bring in an extra snack for this time that would be fine.
Leaves – Please collect and bring in any interesting leaves from home to use in creating one of our UNICEF cards.
Today We:
- Practiced the date in French.
- Had Music.
- Completed our Grassland research using various links from Ms. England.
- Had our second PoWer Hour.
- Had Gym outside.
- Voted on a new class novel. We have chosen The Incredible Journey by Sheila Burnford.
- Had individual, and class photos.
- Participated in self-directed Literacy Stations. Students worked on one of five stations: Poetry Pause, Current Events, Buddy Reading, Word Work, Ipad, and Listening Station. Some students have taken work home to complete.
- Started our first UNICEF card.
