Stick and a Rock – Please bring in a stick and a rock to build a First Nations game.
Today We:
- Had Music.
- Worked on our legend storyboards.
- Worked on our silhouettes for conferences.
- Had Stop, Drop, and Read time.
- Had a Reading Swap – Ms. England went to read to the Grade One’s, and the Grade One student teacher came to read to us.
- Played Net Ball in Gym.
- Practiced our Math skills on Number Rumble.
- Had a special Math lesson from Mr. Veronese. We worked on building multiplication sentences using cuisinere rods.
- Read our class novel The Lightening Thief by Rick Riordan.
- Read a few different First Nations legends.
- Performed our school wide recycling duties.
- Had library.
