- Set new personal goals for the week. Students please tell your parents what your goal is this week.
- Practiced writing interesting story beginnings in small groups using story ideas provided by Ms. England. Students please tell your parents what your favourite story idea was today, as well as what you wrote as an interesting beginning for that story.
- Continued reading our class read aloud The Lightning Thief, by Rick Riordan.
- Played Two First Nations Games in Gym in preparation for Sport’s Day; we played Line Tag and Tatanka. Students please tell your parents how to play these games.
- Continued working on our India PowerPoints. Students please tell your parents what information you added to your PowerPoint today.
- Finished watching the video called “Going To School In India.” Students watched another short video clip about different types of schools and educational formats found in India. Today we watched Going To School In The Dark, Going To School On Wheels, and Going To School On A Mountaintop. Students please tell your parents which school you would chose to go to and why.
